The African American Fund Scholarship is a renewable $1,000 award, per academic year, available for an incoming African American freshman. The scholarship is funded by the African American Fund of Bartholomew County whose purpose is to inspire and equip people of these demographics in five key areas: Leadership Development, Health Awareness, Arts and Culture, Economic/Career Development and Education.
Applications must be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid by June 1, 2019 for funding beginning in fall 2019. The scholarship recipient will be notified of receipt by June 15, 2019.
